Kids are funny, well maybe we were too but everything is "so gay" or "dodgy" and completely out of context. For example someone may have said hello and it is reported back as some dodgy lady said "hello"...huh? or someone dropped a catch.."oh he's so gay"... hmm! I guess it is just the sayings of the day and will disappear as quickly as they came, with something else taking their place that the older generation has to grapple and come to terms with, to keep up with them. I'm learning the jargon fast though and that keeps me cool with them!

I also marvel at their minds, like sponges, they retain stats that I read an hour ago and completly forgot but they rattle them off a month later. Oh the beauty of youth, I have only just come to understand the saying "youth is wasted on the young" because I could put being able to retain all that information to much better use!!
